Add Ons

  • +50% of the original price for each added character

  • +$10 for complicated backgrounds or unique lighting (depending complexity)

  • +$10 for complicated character designs (Ex. Genshin, Honkai, etc.)

  • All artworks come with a solid colour background

  • All chibis come with a custom background

License Rights

  • Commissions may be used for personal use unless a commercial fee (+100% of the price) is paid for commercial use. If it is discovered that personal use art was used for commercial use without the commercial fee being paid. You will have to pay the commercial fee!

  • Personal use included the license to do anything with the art as long as there is no financial gain from it nor claim the art as your own. Using the art for icons, headers, banner or reposting the art is permitted as long as I am credited or tagged.

  • Commercial use includes the license to use the art for anything that you can make financial gain from (ex. advertisements, marketing, etc.). Examples include: prints, merchandise, music video art, etc.

Payment

  • Payment is in AUD.

  • Payment will be made via Paypal.

  • Commission will start once the full payment has been made and confirmed.

  • NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SKETCH HAS BEEN APPROVED.

Commissioning Process

  1. The type of commission will be discussed and agreed upon.

  2. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you.

  3. Once the full payment has been made and confirmed, the commission will be started.

  4. During the sketching phase, any changes can be made. After approval of the sketch, no major changes can be made.

  5. Once the illustration is complete, it will be sent to you via email or Discord (if you have access to it).

  • I have the right to refuse commissions that I am not comfortable with.

  • Commissions will take 2-4 weeks depending on availability. I am a full time student so commissions may take longer.

  • SENDING REFERENCES IS ENCOURAGED. MORE THE BETTER. BEING DETAILED AND SPECIFIC MAKES IT EASIER FOR ME.

  • As the artist, I still maintain all the rights to all my work.

  • I may stream or post the commission unless requested otherwise.

  • The commission is to be used for personal use ONLY (pfps, banners, etc).

  • You can repost and use as long as there is proper credit (either mentioning or tagging me).

  • THE COMMISSIONED ILLUSTRATION IS TO BE NOT USED FOR AI, NFTS OR COMMERCIAL USES.

  • THE COMMISSIONED ILLUSTRATION IS TO NOT BE EDITED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY (REMOVAL OR WATERMARK, PHOTOSHOPPED, TIKTOK EDIT, ETC.)

IF IT IS DISCOVERED THAT ANY OF THESE TERMS ARE BREACHED, THE CLIENT WILL BE BANNED FROM PRINCEKURA SERVICES
